We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the swim school team in teaching swimming and water safety skills to children, as well as providing administrative and customer service support. This is a temporary full-time or part-time position, with a 12-24 month term.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in teaching swimming and water safety skills to children
- Provide administrative support to the swim school team
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Completed Year 10 or equivalent
- Competent swimmer with ability to pass Bronze Medallion level
- Current C class national driver's licence or progress towards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Competitive salary range of $36,128 to $57,097 gross per annum
- Opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Uniform provided
