About the Opportunity

This exciting role with Opteon Property Group Pty Ltd in Melbourne provides vital support to the State Director and plays a key part in fostering a strong internal service culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and promote a positive service delivery culture, ensuring alignment with both operational and strategic needs of the organisation.
  • Spearhead change management initiatives throughout the Team to ensure continuous growth and evolution.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve timely and effective outcomes.
  • Provide support, development, and mentorship to direct reports to enhance performance and skill growth.
  • Ensure ongoing development of team members to support a high-performing, motivated, and capable team.
Requirements

We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed commercial valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills, and a strong client network. Key qualifications include:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified valuer.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.
