We are seeking a Senior Property Underwriter to join our close-knit Melbourne team.
This role would suit experienced Property Underwriters who enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Collaborate with underwriting teams, product managers, and insurer partners to achieve strong portfolio results.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects while managing key existing relationships.
- Act as the "go-to" person and provide senior guidance to the team.
- Oversee audits of underwriting files to ensure compliance with standards and support Team Leaders with the implementation of competency frameworks.
Requirements include
- 5+ years of Australian underwriting experience in Property.
- ANZIIF Tier 2 accreditation.
- Exceptional all-round relationship building, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues to get the job done.
