About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team at Localizationacademy. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Project Management: Lead specific tracks of work for large complex localization projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met and managed.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, developing strategies to capitalize on these insights.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience managing large/enterprise clients/accounts, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and with geographically dispersed teams.
