Debt Recovery Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in recovering outstanding debts while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment agreements.
  • Negotiate effective solutions with customers to ensure timely debt recovery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices governing debt collection.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in accounts receivable or debt collections.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable software packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
