Personal Banking Liaison

This is a pivotal position within our Multi Channel Branch team at Commonwealth Bank, where you will be instrumental in enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by assisting with general banking transactions, answering queries, building meaningful connections, and working with customers to utilize our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
In this capacity, you will also complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs, process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products, and use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement.
We are seeking passionate customer service professionals who possess great conversation skills, problem-solving attitudes, and an open approach to learning new things. If you are goal-oriented and able to work collaboratively as a part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
