Customer Banking Specialist

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences requires a unique blend of skills and qualities. As a customer service professional, you will be the face of our bank, enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers.

You will join one of our Multi Channel Branches, where you will work in tandem with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Our team is passionate about delivering seamless banking experiences for our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.

Your role will involve:

  • Assisting customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries.
  • Building a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations face-to-face and through direct channels.
  • Working with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs.
  • Processing applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products.
  • Using tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement.
  • Receiving continuous training and development to support career aspirations.
