Self Insurance Business Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Workers Compensation Team in Adelaide.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will drive our self-insurance business forward, creating strategic business plans and engaging with key stakeholders to grow the division.
Key Responsibilities:- Create strategic business plans to grow the self-insurance division.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver claims & RTW services.
- Collaborate with marketing and other divisions to enhance brand awareness.
- Deliver staff training and accurate performance reporting.
- Minimum 7-10+ years of industry experience in injury management or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of medical protocols, Work Health and Safety practices, and relevant legislation.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team to achieve successful outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of RTW & Claims practices and legal principles.
- Skilled negotiator with experience engaging with senior management and union representatives.
