Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and lead the self-insurance business in its next chapter. As Servicing Self-Insurance Operations, you will be responsible for driving strategic business plans, identifying services and engaging with key stakeholders to grow the self-insurance division.

This is an exciting new role where you will create value by leveraging your expertise to develop business growth strategies, enhancing brand awareness and cross-market opportunities through collaboration with marketing, communications, and other divisions within our organization.

As a leader, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with current and prospective clients, delivering a broad range of claims & RTW services, and collaborating with internal teams to drive staff training, professional development activities, and accurate claims & RTW performance reporting.
