**Portfolio Manager Opportunity**

Select a trusted boutique real estate agency is seeking a passionate and experienced Portfolio Manager to manage a well-maintained portfolio.

This is your opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment alongside industry professionals.

**About the Role**

Portfolio Size: Approximately 200 properties, supported by a dedicated accounts team & assistant.

  • Effective communication with tenants and landlords.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
  • Managing arrears.
  • Ingoing and Outgoing inspections.
  • Recommending rental increases and lease renewals.
  • Conducting routine inspections.
  • Open Home Showings for available rentals.
  • Car Allowance for travel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration with proven Property Management experience (essential).

- Experience with PropertyMe (preferred but not essential).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Confidence in decision-making and initiative.

- A track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.

- A passion for delivering exceptional client service.

- The ability to manage and prioritise your time.

- A valid driver's licence and a reliable car.
