Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments.
  • Liaise with facilities teams to ensure seamless delivery of services such as waste management, mechanical services, and cleaning.
  • Negotiate contracts for essential services, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TENANTS TO DRIVE RETENTION AND SATISFACTION.
  • Work closely with agents to optimize leasing functions, ensuring timely renewals and new leases.
  • Collaborate with accounts teams to develop budgets and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive business strategy, aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Commercial property management experience, preferably with a track record of managing large, diverse portfolios.
  • Strong leasing expertise, including experience with MRI software and other relevant systems.
  • Demonstrated longevity in roles, with a genuine passion for property management and a commitment to excellence.
  • A degree in property or a related field is highly regarded, but not essential.
