
Claims Portfolio Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Claims Portfolio Manager to join our team. As part of our diverse group, you will play a key role in managing claims portfolios to achieve the best possible outcomes for injured employees.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims in accordance with state laws and policies. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to reduce the impact of workplace injury, ensuring that injured employees receive their correct entitlements, and promoting early sustainable return to work.
Additionally, you will facilitate quick resolutions of workers compensation claims by engaging with injured employees and the business to foster understanding, collaboration, and continuous improvement in claims management. Your coordination and management of external service providers and internal stakeholders will ensure effective claim resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in claims management, particularly in workers compensation. If you have a strong understanding of customer service, experience handling difficult situations, and possess 1-2 years of claims management experience, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (highly desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic information management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
