Job Title: Estate Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to lead and supervise a team of professionals in ensuring a consistent quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote high-performance teamwork aligned with operational objectives.
  • Manage and motivate staff, fostering an open values-based culture.
  • Maintain effective communication between departments to deliver exceptional timely and high-standard services.
  • Develop efficient staffing structures and rosters for adequate staff availability at appropriate skill levels.
  • Promote a safety culture by providing information training instruction and supervision in managing workplace risks.
  • E nsure compliance with all standard operating procedures from both company and statutory perspectives.
  • Oversee minor maintenance tasks non-trade.
  • Formulate execute site-based waste management plans and grounds management plans.
  • Ensure equipment and tools are adequately maintained controlled.
  • Maintain agreed health safety quality and environmental accreditations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualifications LF Forklift Licence Manual Drivers License Class C.
  • At least 3 years experience in Estate Management in a service hospitality or similar industry.
  • Leading motivating teams knowledge of workplace safety systems compliance.
  • Ability to coordinate purchasing financial budgetary and maintenance requirements.
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems e.g. JDE.
  • Solid knowledge of horticultural practices processes.
  • High level of general physical fitness strength.
  • Basic computer skills especially Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good knowledge of relevant chemicals storage application.
