Real Estate Market Specialist

You will undertake a hands-on role where you will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of residential and lifestyle properties in Mt Gambier and surrounding areas.
- Manage buyer enquiries, performing property appraisals and negotiating agreements.
- Working collaboratively within our business, you will build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to the local market.
- Oversee the contract and settlement process and managing the clients' expectations all the way to handover and beyond.
Your previous success selling real estate is ideally developed within the Residential and lifestyle segments. Commercially savvy in your approach, professional in your presentation, you demonstrate integrity in your dealings.
