**Head Concierge for Corporate Real Estate in Melbourne**

We are seeking an experienced Head Concierge to join a team in the Corporate Real Estate industry. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and laundered uniforms, with the opportunity to work day time only and Monday to Friday.

**As a Head Concierge, your role will involve**:
Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors

Coordinating appointments and meetings for tenants and staff

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the building

Handling maintenance and cleaning requests

Overseeing building security and safety protocols

**To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience and skills**:

- **Previous experience as a Head Concierge or in a similar role in a corporate building**:

- **Knowledge of building management systems and procedures**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously**:

- **Strong attention to detail and organisational skills**:

- **Availability to work day time only and Monday to Friday**

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
