About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our performance marketing team at Mediabrands. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data analysis, modeling, and reporting solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain complex data models to predict customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and systems
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a performance marketing or analytics role
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
