Job Overview

SBS is a leading media organisation dedicated to showcasing multicultural, multilingual, and First Nations stories. We're seeking an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

This role will see you working closely with the marketing team to analyse, optimise, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across owned and paid digital marketing channels.

About You
  • A degree in Information Technology or Data Science is required.
  • You have experience working with data manipulation skills (SQL), BI & analytics Tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics), and data warehousing platforms.
  • Passionate about database marketing, adaptable, and collaborative, you can thrive in a fast-paced environment with an analytic and data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the marketing team to implement and measure marketing campaigns across owned and paid digital marketing channels.
  2. Create bespoke audience segments using first-party data to improve targeting and effectiveness of house ads (video and display).
  3. Implement test and learn roadmaps to build marketing channel attribution and ROI modelling, including retention and customer lifetime value.
  4. Set up and track A/B testing to optimise creative and messaging effectiveness.
  5. Analyse audience behaviour data and produce insights to feed into campaign strategy.
