HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist

This exciting new role offers the opportunity to work across all aspects of human resources with a strong focus on recruitment, in line with company strategy and business operations. Reporting into the People & Culture Manager, you will gain valuable exposure and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and excellent written and oral communication skills. They will be able to work autonomously and as part of the broader team, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process management, including role evaluation, pool management, advertising channels, screening, and interview processes
  • Onboarding staff, including setting up induction schedules and new starter setup
  • Maintaining HR documentation throughout the employee life cycle, such as employee contracts, performance management/reward documentation, disciplinary letters, and terminations
  • HRSI and Payroll system management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Providing ad-hoc support for the team and assisting with HR-related events and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualified in HR or business-related discipline
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills, and ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
  • Honesty, integrity, and discretion
