About the Role

The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind our flagship store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team.

  • Visual & Product Excellence: Maintain impeccable presentation standards for chocolates, beverages, and merchandise.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety, governance, and cash handling policies.
