About the Role

As a Centre Manager, you will lead by example, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre while inspiring your team to deliver the highest standards of care, education, and engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication, while prioritising children's safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring seamless execution of programmes and activities that meet the needs of children, parents, and staff.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth, fostering a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
  • Programme Development: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development, addressing physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards, prioritising children's safety and well-being above all else.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
