Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall leadership of the College's operational entities.

This is a role for someone who understands the complexity of delegated responsibility: empowering teams to excel while holding the ultimate accountability for compliance, outcomes, and sustainability.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead strategy, planning, and financial sustainability. They will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, build a collaborative culture, and apply risk management to protect duty of care and resilience.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of RTO compliance and regulatory frameworks, skilled HR leadership, and experience in policy, systems, and continuous improvement.

They will also be committed to WHS, EEO, and child protection obligations, and have proven success in innovation, funding, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
