About the Role

Are you a visionary leader who can balance strategy, people, and compliance? Reporting to the Board, the CEO provides overall leadership of the College's operational entities: TLK Community College (a Registered Training Organisation) and TLK Youth College (a NESA-registered special assistance high school Years 9 to 12). This is a role for someone who understands the complexity of delegated responsibility: empowering teams to excel while holding the ultimate accountability for compliance, outcomes, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use technology, communications, and marketing to extend reach
  • Represent TLKCC with credibility in community and stakeholder forums
About You

You are a strategic thinker with the vision to grow community-based education and a people-centred leader who builds trust and empowers teams. You bring:

  • Strong knowledge of RTO compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Skilled HR leadership, including industrial instruments and workplace law
  • Experience in policy, systems, and continuous improvement
  • Commitment to WHS, EEO, and child protection obligations
  • Proven success in innovation, funding, and revenue growth
  • Confidence using IT, communication, and marketing technologies
  • Experience working with Boards, leading with transparency and heart
Why Join Tuggerah Lakes Community College?

This is more than a CEO role. It's a chance to shape futures, grow a respected community organisation, and ensure every student and staff member feels supported, valued, and safe. If you're a leader who can hold vision, people, and compliance in equal balance, we'd love to hear from you.
