Chief Leadership Position

This senior leadership role requires a visionary leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within our educational institutions.

  • Provide overall leadership for the College's operational entities: TLK Community College (a Registered Training Organisation) and TLK Youth College (a NESA-registered special assistance high school Years 9 to 12).

The Chief Executive Officer will play a pivotal role in empowering teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes duty of care and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead strategy, planning, and financial sustainability initiatives.
  2. Ensure regulatory compliance across all aspects of the institution.
  3. Build a capable and respectful leadership team.
  4. Develop and implement policies and systems for continuous improvement.
  5. Embed child protection, WHS, EEO, and mandatory reporting practices throughout the organization.
  6. Drive innovation, funding, and business development opportunities to secure the future of our institutions.
  7. Represent our organization with credibility in community and stakeholder forums.

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of RTO compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven HR leadership skills, including industrial instruments and workplace law expertise.
  • Experience in policy development, systems implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to WHS, EEO, and child protection obligations.
  • Proven success in driving innovation, securing funding, and achieving revenue growth.
  • Confidence in using IT, communication, and marketing technologies.
  • Experience working with Boards and leading with transparency and heart.
