Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Optimisation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their payroll functions.
You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Your expertise in finance function optimisation, specifically within the payroll process, will be instrumental in driving outcomes and providing advice across a wide range of finance function topics.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your commercial experience, deep sector and regulatory knowledge, and technical skills to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop strong professional networks, grow and maintain long-term productive client relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality written deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in finance function optimisation, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- CA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to execute under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong ability to assemble and lead diverse teams in an inclusive manner.
