We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Optimisation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their payroll functions.

You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in finance function optimisation, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
