Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Services Delivery

    • To provide effective clinical services through professional and technical expertise.

  • Staff Support

    • To support staff inductions and buddy shifts.

  • Education and Supervision

    • To participate in student supervision and education.

  • Addition Support

    • To provide additional support to clinicians as directed by the Facility Manager.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Assessment and Treatment

    • Able to assess, diagnose, treat conditions related to body movement and function.

  • Patient Care

    • Able to prevent or manage disease and disability through movement and exercise.

  • Treatment Administration

    • Able to administer a range of treatments to alleviate pain and restore function.

  • Cultural Competence

    • Able to work in a culturally sensitive manner within an ethno-specific environment.

  • Personal Qualities

    • Self-motivated with a flexible, caring and patient attitude.
