Job Title: Non-Drive Shed Coordinator

The primary function of this role is to receive and inspect insured vehicles, directing them to the appropriate zone and ensuring efficient truck and vehicle flow throughout the facility. This includes controlling tow truck movements, drop-offs, and pickups.

Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for taking images of vehicles and uploading them into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. They will also need to update Tech Inspection locations, manage vehicle movements and forklift requests, and ensure the accurate completion of PE removals and spreadsheet updates.

Understanding the end-to-end claims process is essential for success in this role, as is proficiency in operating multiple ERP systems. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure is also crucial.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and inspect insured vehicles
