Junior Development Coach Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to fill the role of Junior Development Coach.

  • A key responsibility of this position is to create a club culture that focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to inspire movement through engaging and magical moments in their classes.
  • Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring classes are run to a high standard, resulting in trials joining on the day based on their experience.

A MyFirstGym Coach is a mentor, friend, and role model who inspires children through movement and fitness. They must be able to facilitate programs as provided, ensuring adequate time and planning for class execution. The coach should also be aware of class attendance, trials, and health-related notes using the gym system effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality coaching sessions that prioritize creating magical moments.
  • Maintain a high-energy class environment while adhering to professional standards and personal values.
  • Facilitate effective communication with colleagues, management, and members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
