As a vital contributor to our heavy vehicle body building and repairs division, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of duties.

We are seeking an experienced trailer body fabrication specialist to join our expanding team in Brisbane. You will be trained on any and all duties that you'd like to learn within our trailer repairs division.

You will be responsible for:

  • Constructing framework sections in metal, wood, fibreglass and other materials.
  • Bolting, screwing, riveting and welding sections together to form complete frameworks.
  • Cutting and shaping panels of sheet metal, aluminum and reinforced plastic and attaching to frameworks using hand and power tools.
  • Using Fibreglass materials to complete repairs to Trailer Bodies (Walls, Floors and Doors).
  • Completing various repairs and refurbishments to trailer bodies, including but not limited to new floors, doors, delaminations, repairs to door corners, walls inside and out.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III in Automotive Body Building; OR three years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Attention to detail and able to provide high quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
