AO6 Project Manager Role

High-quality project delivery and stakeholder collaboration are key aspects of this role. As an experienced project manager, you will lead impactful building projects in Queensland.

Support the mission to deliver expert project management consulting services by overseeing end-to-end building project delivery. Ensure outcomes meet client expectations and organisational targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all phases of building project delivery: pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction.
  • Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide expert contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional systems.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality standards while supporting profitability targets.
  • Engage and manage communication with all project team members to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Lead negotiations with consultants, authorities, clients, and contractors to deliver value-for-money solutions.
  • Monitor project performance, generate exception reports, and conduct audits as needed.
