Lead a high-impact team to deliver building projects in Queensland with exceptional quality and stakeholder collaboration. This key leadership role requires an experienced project manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of building projects, ensuring client expectations and organisational targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of building project delivery, from pre-design to post-construction, to meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives and support profitability targets.
  • Provide expert contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional systems to ensure value-for-money solutions.
  • Engage and manage communication with all project team members to facilitate effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Lead negotiations with consultants, authorities, clients, and contractors to secure beneficial agreements.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive project success.
  • Communicates clearly and actively listens to ensure effective collaboration and understanding.
  • Understands how their work contributes to broader organisational goals and objectives.
  • Shows sound judgement through research and analysis to make informed decisions.
  • Possesses specialist knowledge in project management or a related field to deliver high-quality results.

Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying are highly regarded but not mandatory.
