Job Title

The Role Overview

This key leadership position supports our mission to deliver expert project management consulting services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of end-to-end building project delivery: pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction
  • Coordination of project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Expert contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional systems
  • Maintenance of projects meeting scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards while supporting profitability targets

We Are Looking For:

  • A proactive professional demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • An understanding of how their work contributes to broader organisational goals
  • Sound judgement through research and analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management or a related field

Highly regarded tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying are advantageous.
