Expert Advisor - Strategic Growth Opportunity

This role represents a chance to provide expert guidance on complex tax matters, drive growth and success for clients, and develop skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Provide guidance on domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.
  • Offer tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness and prospectus.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about communication, have excellent tax technical capabilities, and can digest, distil and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax advisory in either Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm and hold tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Accounting/Finance/Law or similar.
