PKF Australia: Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team at PKF Australia. As a key member of our business advisory services team, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with financial and management accounting reports, as well as their tax compliance obligations.

About the Role:

This is a permanent opportunity within a flexible working environment based in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a business advisory services role, with previous experience in managing a portfolio of clients and a team of people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for clients;
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports;
  • Business valuations, cash flow planning, and budgeting;
  • Tax planning and ongoing advice.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CA or CPA qualifications;
  • 5+ years' experience in a business advisory services role;

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change;
  • Experience in managing a team and building trust and relationships with clients.
