Financial Operations Manager

NOAH'S ON THE BEACH is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills, with the ability to review and analyze financial data accurately.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with legal, legislative, and statutory requirements of the hospitality industry.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as accountants, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Qualification in accounting is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office products.
