We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets within the designated portfolio of existing and new clients in the Asia Pacific region
- Identify new leads in the region and build new client partnerships, negotiate in accordance with pricing strategy and business ethics
- Develop and manage a network of agents and distributors to accelerate business development in the region
- Manage relationships with stakeholders – customers, prospects, agents, distributors, B2B contacts, and key opinion leaders
- Stay up-to-date with technical and market intelligence, provide reports and feedback regarding products
About You
We are looking for a self-driven and proactive individual with significant experience in high-tech industry sales, particularly in sterilization machinery products. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in high-tech industry sales in various Asian countries
- Proven sales track record in high-value capital equipment, long-term approach, and customized sterilization equipment would be advantageous
- Ability to travel up to 30% in the APAC region
