Delivering Complex Projects to Environmental Excellence

About the Role:
  • As a project leader, you will be responsible for managing the scope, budget and schedule of complex groundwater remediation projects.
  • You will oversee final design and engineering, development of key scope of work packages and ensure fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with environmental remediation strategies.
  • Engaging with contractors on-site, you will ensure all work is executed safely and to specification.
  • Reporting on project progress, risks and controls to senior management, you will drive technical excellence and actively manage scope change, procurement activities and quality assurance.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, discipline leads and external regulatory bodies, you will ensure compliance and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and leading multi-disciplinary teams, you will demonstrate strong working knowledge of project management frameworks, risk management and contract execution.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication and reporting skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, you will show your ability to drive results-driven outcomes.

Key qualifications include a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with RPEQ (or working towards) and proven experience in project delivery, ideally on infrastructure, civil, mechanical or environmental remediation projects.
