Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our physician engagement strategies in the JAPAC region. This role will play a critical part in shaping and advancing our organization's medical credibility and trust among cardiologists, surgeons, and other key stakeholder specialties.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement JAPAC-wide physician engagement strategies to strengthen our medical credibility and trust among cardiologists, surgeons, and other key stakeholder specialties.
  2. Identify and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional societies, and leading academic centers to advance our strategic goals, foster advocacy, and drive therapy awareness.
  3. Serve as a trusted liaison between the organization and the physician community, ensuring feedback provided informs innovation, training, and strategy.
  4. Champion clinical dialogue that fuels therapy innovation and best-in-class adoption.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the cardiovascular disease landscape and current trends in structural heart interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional societies, and leading academic centers.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to structural heart interventions.
