Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Director of Physician Engagement to join our Medical Affairs team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to foster collaboration, generate evidence-based clinical practices and advance the quality of care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will lead physician engagement strategies to strengthen medical credibility and trust among cardiologists, surgeons and other key stakeholder specialties.
  • They will identify and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional societies and leading academic centers to advance strategic goals, foster advocacy and drive therapy awareness.
  • This role requires strong communication skills to serve as a trusted liaison between the organization and the physician community, ensuring feedback provided informs innovation, training and strategy.
  • The Senior Director of Physician Engagement will champion clinical dialogue that fuels therapy innovation and best-in-class adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Health Sciences, 10 years of relevant experience in leadership roles in the cardiovascular device or healthcare industry.
  • A proven track record in people management is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and passion for structural heart disease, transcatheter interventions and the evolving therapeutic landscape.
  • Proven success in physician engagement across culturally diverse markets and leading regional strategic initiatives is required.
