Legal Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Support Professional to join our Dispute Resolution team in Sydney or Newcastle.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to two Partners and a team of lawyers, including attending to opening files, conducting conflict checks, monthly billing, reconciliation of expenses, and client reporting.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of court documents, searching companies and individuals, e-filing using online court portals, coordinating meetings and diary management, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a legal assistant within litigation is required.
  • The ability to work proactively and prioritise tasks effectively is essential.
  • Strong administrative support skills and experience using Aderant and iManage are also necessary.
