Job Title: Legal Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Legal Support Specialist to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy Lawyer, and as part of the support team, will help maintain and drive the success of the department.

The role is ideal for someone who likes to take ownership of their work and work hands-on with matters. Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with clients, lawyers, and other professionals
- Arranging appointments
- Producing and filing court documents
- Preparing briefs
- Managing a database
- Diary management
- Generating & editing correspondence

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a proven ability to work as part of a team, outstanding communication skills, a high attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. You should also be able to deal sensitively with clients and have the ability to work independently.
