Manufacturing Operators (Day, Afternoon & Night)

Location: Clayton South

(Shifts available: day, afternoon & night)

We are seeking to fill multiple manufacturing roles across various shifts from Monday to Thursday. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, ideal candidates will be self-driven, enthusiastic, and possess experience in a food production setting.

About The Role

We are in search of skilled operators who can leverage their technical expertise and specialized knowledge to ensure the production of consistently high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will have a background in food processing.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure effective operation of production machinery
  • Meeting daily production targets to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
  • Conducting machine setups and changeovers, ensuring smooth product flow to packaging
  • Maintaining product quality and associated documentation in accordance with specifications
  • Collaborating with departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Material Handling, escalating any deviations or issues

About You

You are an effective communicator who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. You can think quickly and perform well under pressure.

To qualify for an interview, you should demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a Machine/Production Operator in a food manufacturing context
  • Capability to lift up to 20kg
  • Familiarity with HACCP principles
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Quick learning ability and openness to new methods
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
