About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our team at McCormick. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent A-Grade food quality product and ensuring the successful operation of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
  • Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
  • Perform machine set ups and changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
  • Maintain quality of products and associated documentation according to specifications
  • Communicate with departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material Handlers – escalate in case of deviations and issues
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Machine/Production Operator in a food manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg
  • Familiar with HACCP
  • Computer literate
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Fast learner and open to change, willing to try new approaches
  • Continuous improvement mindset
