Culinary Business Development Professional

The corporate chef position offers an opportunity to showcase Rational products within the Brisbane and wider Queensland market, while identifying new business opportunities and maintaining industry relationships.
- Secure long-term customers for high-quality catering solutions using Rational products to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
- Deliver presentations and customer training programs internally and externally with business partners.
- Prepare call plans to achieve weekly, monthly and annual objectives, and complete monthly Sales activity reports.
- Utilize Salesforce database to manage customers and activities involved in the sales process.
- Support and promote initiatives to enhance the company's market position and drive sales growth.
- A qualified chef with extensive industry experience and a strong network of contacts.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and achieve targets through confident demonstration, offer, and implementation of food service solutions using Rational.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with Salesforce or CRM systems will be advantageous.
