Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our road infrastructure upgrade project in Sydney.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of civil works, including road widening, services relocations, drainage, and pavement works. This will involve coordinating subcontractors and overseeing nightly progress against program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver night shift civil works on major road infrastructure projects
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage and update ITPs, QA documentation, and site diaries
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during night works
- Attend prestart and handover meetings to facilitate communication between day and night crews
Ideal Candidate:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Have previous experience working on road or civil infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of working night shifts (desirable)
- Able to work independently and maintain high standards under minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
