The role of a Chef in our culinary team presents an opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As a key member, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our Executive chef. This will involve contributing to the creation and execution of high-quality and visually appealing dishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the kitchen team during busy periods, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Learn and apply culinary techniques, recipes, and presentation methods
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience for our guests
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to safety and hygiene standards
  • Contribute to menu development and execution

This position requires flexibility across a 7-day roster, with evening and weekend availability essential. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in a restaurant and/or hotel background, holding a Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
