Opportunity Overview
CBRE is seeking a skilled Residential Sales Executive to join our team in North Sydney. As a leading global property company, we offer a positive and collaborative team culture, genuine growth opportunities, and a chance to excel your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-the-plan premium architecturally designed projects with premium finishes throughout.
- Coordinate client interactions, including phone calls and appointments, to provide professional advice and information.
- Monitor and facilitate completion of sales, liaising with purchasers, solicitors, and buyers for timely payment exchange and deposits.
- Attend sales meetings, arriving on time and prepared.
- Coordinate follow-up with client enquiries within 24 hours.
- Grade buyers 'A', 'B', or 'C' and focus on 'A' buyers using our CRM system.
- Identify CBRE projects and competitors' stock intimately.
- Adhere to CBRE systems, including CRM, email, weekly planner, and sales enquiry sheets.
Requirements
- Current NSW Real Estate registration Certificate holder.
- Available to work both Saturday and Sundays with a valid driver's license and car.
- Professional sales skills coupled with knowledge of the Real Estate sector.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain an attitude that is proactive, energetic, open, honest, friendly, and professional.
- Possess strong time management and organisational ability to ensure the right levels of activity.
- Team player who readily supports the team and Senior Management.
