Residential Sales Consultant

About the Role
CBRE is seeking a skilled Residential Sales Executive to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, providing professional advice, and facilitating sales of premium architecturally designed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling off-the-plan projects with premium finishes to existing and potential clients.
- Coordinating client appointments, managing sales, and liaising with purchasers and solicitors.
- Monitoring sales progress, facilitating timely payment, and adhering to CBRE systems.
- Attending sales meetings, preparing, and coordinating follow-up with client enquiries within 24 hours.
- Identifying and focusing on high-value buyers using our CRM system.
- Staying up-to-date with CBRE projects and competitor stock.
- Adhering to CBRE's CRM, email, weekly planner, and sales enquiry sheets.
Requirements
- Current NSW Real Estate registration Certificate holder.
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays with a valid driver's license and car.
- Professional sales skills, knowledge of the Real Estate sector, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to handle objections, and close sales.
- Maintaining a proactive, energetic, open, honest, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Strong time management and organisational ability.
- Team player willing to support the team and senior management.
