Sales Opportunity in New Home Sales

Metricon Homes, Australia's largest home builder, is seeking a strong, customer-focused sales professional to join their team at the Leppington Homeworld Display Centre.

As a New Home Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors to the display home, providing advice on house design selection, upgrades, and options, and ensuring that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation, manage client expectations, and provide exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of IT applications and software, and will be supported by a management team that focuses on employee culture and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, and experience in residential sales or a face-to-face sales environment. They will be able to provide exceptional networking and customer service skills, and have a passion for the residential building industry.
