Pre-Construction Project Manager

This senior leadership role oversees construction programs from bid management to delivery, providing expert advice on buildability and logistic planning.

  • Main Responsibilities: Set the construction program in the bid management phase, prepare methodology for tenders, provide buildability expertise, create site logistic plans, and safety and environmental plans for the tender.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients and consultants to understand project requirements and RFIs, and with the estimating and design team to manage risk on the tender.

Requirements:

  • Background: Experience in project delivery, preferably working with commercial builders on complex projects in live environments.
  • Expertise: Strong programming, construction methodology, and buildability skills.
