About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a live school refurbishment project.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating all site activity and subcontractors
- Ensuring safety, quality, and program compliance
- Managing communication with stakeholders and consultants
- Demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A proven track record of managing commercial construction projects
- Experience delivering live environment refurbishments, particularly in education
- The ability to confidently manage schedules, subcontractors, and stakeholder expectations
